What file formats do you accept?
We accept:
- PDF (Preferred)
- JPEG/PNG (High-resolution, 300dpi)
- AI, PSD, EPS (With fonts outlined or embedded)
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will review and arrange for a reprint or refund if applicable.
What is Bleed, Trim, and Safe Zone?
- Bleed: Extra space around your design to prevent white edges when trimmed (usually 3mm).
- Trim: The final size of your printed material after cutting.
- Safe Zone: The area where important text and images should be placed to avoid being cut off.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a printing error or defect.
